I think you just get a great offensive coach. They have talent but everybody looks bad together outside of bane. That’s coaching. The pg argument is always everyone’s solution to a team that’s struggling. They have 2 playmakers that can handle the ball well and that’s all you need in today’s game.
Yeah, unless some miracle occurs and they like get to the Finals Mosley's done out there in Orlando. I still think the roster has major structural issues but might as well call like Budenholzer or Taylor Jenkins to see if they can fix this mess. Long term I still am not sure how both Franz and Paolo fit since neither can shoot all that amazing.

Suggs and black. I’m a big Jalen fan and I think their coach just fukking sucks. Banch needs to stop dribbbling for a long time. I wanna see them get another coach fired before they give up.
Suggs just isn't a PG. He didn't operate as one back in Gonzaga and he plays PG with the Magic due to roster construction but he just makes some

I think it’s always system relative.
This is fair. Not too many teams play a pure pass first PG anymore. Modern day PGs are guys who can distribute the ball, not be liabilities on defense and can shoot. Suggs only checks 1 of those boxes.What’s a pg in today’s game though? Sga? Derrick white? Steph?

Meanwhile Grizzlies Draft a PG and a forward to put next to young pieces in Eddy/Paolo/Jerome. Paolo and a 1st is the best option they have.
It works for both teams but I don't think Orlando has the courage to draft Ja, Ja back with with bane on that team makes them contenders to come out the East. Ja is a legit 1st option and Suggs is a combo guard.

If there is a market for Paolo take it right now. Get him off the team. The return is almost secondary.

Fukkkkkkk no. I'd rather keep ja on the roster let his deal run out and never play than to have Paolo whose max contract extension ain't even kicked in yet

The coach, the staff, the doctors, the trainers, the scouts, marketing team, the mascot, every fukking body needs to go.
Team hasn't won a playoff series in 16 years
In 45 years they have advanced past the first round exactly 5 times
Shaq, tmac, Dwight Howard all requested trades at the height of their careers. Penny led a mutiny against his coach. Banchero is demanding a new coach or a trade. Everytime they get a star player the star doesnt want to play for them. Something is going on in that front office.
Banchero is from Seattle and has mentioned his desire to play for them when they get a team. He's gone
Its deeper than basketball. The magic need to stop hiring front office staff that appeals to the college/Thornton park demographic. orlando is a diverse city and the front office needs to be as well. They have all done a horrible job running an NBA franchise.
Or, sign a veteran point guard. Tinker the roster. Maybe if theyre lucky they can push a first round series to seven games again.
I will say it is funny watching this team plan plot and strategize its way to mediocrity every year
