I have some supplements for digestive health that support certain bacteria growth, I got lazy and stopped taking them. I’ll get back on those
I also bought a juicer just for this reason since I realized I wasn’t getting enough fruit and vegetables.
my problem is consistency, I’ll do everything right and start slacking once everything is better. Water intake drops, not hitting weights & taking a few weeks off from the gym. Until I end up bedridden, scared to move cause it feels like I’m being stabbed by needles.
