I have some supplements for digestive health that support certain bacteria growth, I got lazy and stopped taking them. I’ll get back on those

I also bought a juicer just for this reason since I realized I wasn’t getting enough fruit and vegetables.

my problem is consistency, I’ll do everything right and start slacking once everything is better. Water intake drops, not hitting weights & taking a few weeks off from the gym. Until I end up bedridden, scared to move cause it feels like I’m being stabbed by needles.:mjcry:

But why would you use a public toilet to drop a shyt unless you're busting? It makes no sense to use a public toilet if you're constipated, just wait till you get home. And you don't have to squat unless you're constipated

Add fiber to your diet. Don't strain when you shyt, and don't be sitting down for too long in general. Gamers and people who work office jobs often have hemorrhoid problems from sitting down all day

Only eat fiber filled or fiber based products for two weeks or as conditions persist and sht more than you ever did in your life. :whew: Idk why it work that way but it do. Go right back to normal with little to no pain and healthier over all. Bout to hope back on the train and detox some of this corona weight :jawalrus:

I've been dealing with this for nearly 7 years now. My dad even had it and he got surgery for it like 20 years ago. I think I might have to do the same coz it always comes and goes for me.
