I learned that a lot of back pain comes from the hips. Do hip stretches and exercises.

its weird that OP says burping causes him back pain, cause something happened to me the other day

my back was killing me and my stomach was hurting. eventually i laid a fart so thick and long (no dame) that the vibration somehow cracked my back. the relief of passing the fart + cracking my bones at the same time was borderline euphoric. like if i could feel like that all the time i wouldnt even bother fukking around with drugs. i guess its funnier cos from what i can tell cracking your bones joints actually does release small amounts of gas so maybe theres something to it

i wanted to mention it but making a thread called "ayo i just farted so hard my back popped" would only invite scorn... probably from jealousy

Back pain is solved in the hips and pelvis....work on both external and internal rotation of your hips....work on keeping a neutral pelvis.....and on glute activation


I know this because I am dealing with the issue right now
