Stretch or strengthen your hamstrings depending if they are weak or overworked and under stretched, strengthening your lower abs kegel exercises too


But it could be subluxations or understandable pelvis so i wouldn’t know exactly what to recommend unless i saw you personally
How do you know if they are weak or overworked and under stretched?

Strengthening your core is usually the answer. But that usually means doing ab exercises that hurt your back.

It's basically and electric meat tenderizer

You can do it yourself or have someone run it for you. I can reach most of the areas of my back fairly easily on my own. I also like using it to loosen up my leg muscles before going on bike rides, and to then using it to relax them when I get home. Feels great on the feet too.

I actually prefer running at a higher speeds, but with a gentler pressure these days.

I used to have major back pain to the point that I thought that I wouldn't be able to workout ever again. Once I started these movements my back felt brand new and stronger. Trust me kn this, I have some of my clients doing this and they are walking better than ever


facts. This definitely helps. But if I miss ONE day the pain comes back like :ufdup:

back pain could be for a number of different reasons...you have to be as specific as possible

I've had back pain since the end of January. It's a herniated disc. I just started physical therapy :mjcry: they told me 6-12 weeks until it gets better:damn: this bullshyt is really gonna fukk up half my year:shaq2:
My back has been hurting, I was thinking I had a herniated disc but he says no, that it’s muscle related most likely.. it’s just an annoying discomfort…. Are u pain free?

Yes I've been pain free for close to a year. Sometimes I'll have a day or 2 of pain but mostly discomfort on days where its acting up.
