The only "doctors" actively promoting someone go to a chiropractor are chiropractors. While I do think chiropractors can do some good, they practice alot of pseudoscience. Real talk.

People having true back issues should see an orthopedic surgeon first if conventional methods have failed. Anyone with a possible back injury should NOT be seeing a chiropractor until all of the appropriate imaging and evaluation has been done by an MD.

No offense

no offense but you sound stupid, first of all you don’t just go see an orthopedic, your md may recommend one, but going to see an orthodontist to tell you get a shot surgery or send you to a chiropractor or pt is a waste of a doctors bill, just go see the chiropractor, quoting talking points you heard repeated as far as pseudoscience is the calling card of ignorance, it’s so many people that die from taking an Advil aspirin or ibuprofen but you won’t question poppin one or recommend poppin one to someone but i guess it’s common practice so you will roll with it

At the end of it i know personally orthopedist who see me regularly and recommend my services for a myriad of issues not just back pain but in particular back issues and the ones who are unfortunate enough to need surgical intervention they send them to me for rehab i literally get people better with back pain you talk what you hear or have read, and to be honest you don’t have to quote me back because I’m not bout to go back and forth with you, you believe what you want I’ll talk on what i know and have literally done

Do the McGill big 3 exercises everyday

And get your glutes strong, they’re probably weak:dame: and your back is having to overcompensate :manny:

The back is very complicated. You need to go to the doctor and get an X-ray or possibly a CT scan to diagnose your issue. Trust me I am speaking from experience.

Back pain can easily make a grown man cry.

saw a dude who fukked his squat form up and he had to get carried out the gym. Dude couldn’t even stand upright. He was hunchback status.

How do you fix anterior pelvic tilt?

Stretch or strengthen your hamstrings depending if they are weak or overworked and under stretched, strengthening your lower abs kegel exercises too

But it could be subluxations or understandable pelvis so i wouldn’t know exactly what to recommend unless i saw you personally

I can deal but it's torture. I've had abscesses in my back molar. Damn near broke both of my wrists once. I've had sciatica.
