I used to have major back pain to the point that I thought that I wouldn't be able to workout ever again. Once I started these movements my back felt brand new and stronger. Trust me kn this, I have some of my clients doing this and they are walking better than ever

It may be weak but if he’s tore scar tissue or actually thrown the vertebral body off it’s normal position core won’t help, and usually that’s the least of the issues

My back has been hurting, I was thinking I had a herniated disc but he says no, that it’s muscle related most likely.. it’s just an annoying discomfort…. Are u pain free?I've had back pain since the end of January. It's a herniated disc. I just started physical therapythey told me 6-12 weeks until it gets better

Yes I've been pain free for close to a year.
