OP - you need to go see a physical therapist who does massages and strengthening work. I would bet money your glutes, hamstrings and abs are all weak and tight. Also get yourself into yoga.

Go see a chiropractor

don’t do this unless they’re also a physical therapist. An adjustment to your bones without fixing the muscle movement patterns will only be temporary.

I had killer back pain 2 years ago were one day i went up to go to the bathroom and couldn’t stand up. Had a disc in my spine was poking out touching the nerve, the pain was excruciating.

I’ve been put on steroids got morphine shots, physical therapy nothing was working.

Until went to a neurosurgeon and he recommended an epidural with steroids injected right at the target in the lower spine. That procedure saved me brehs the shyt healed me! Thank GOD that pain was the absolute worse had me in tears at one point and I don’t cry. Just had two babies and it was hell carrying them in the car seats to the baby sitter.
