I've had a variety of experiences with white people but every time I come on the coli its all CACs are the same. If I didn't direct my post at you I'm not talking to you so you don't have to be offended by my post. It just seems the worlds that a lot of people live in here, seem very small.

I realize my personal interactions, I can't make general assumptions. It's just never heard the hate and stereo types from black people to white people like I have in the Coli. I would also say my assumptions and experiences that not every white person is clueless about race, is a lot less harmful than us writing white women completely off

worse case scenario is when one racial identity and history is completely ignored and made irrelevant in the relationship and there are kids involved, I will say this, IT AIN'T EASY, I sincerely wish them luck (luv their offspring which are now my kin too and boy do I feel for them and the challenges they will face)

I don't know you but I'm going to assume that you're white or never experienced racism. I'm going to tell you like I told my wife, becuz she can't really get pass the fact that the boy robbed the store. But in glad that you never had to experience any kind of racism but I also think it's sad that you don't understand it.

I think you're reading what I wrote wrong. I'm black, grew up an army brat so I spent time in the states(Detroit,San Diego,Mississippi) and all over the world. I've experienced all different types of racism. I'm not defending racism or white people. I'm just stating I have had meaningful relationships with white women where I could discuss race without feeling jaded or offended and I think its fair to say that white people could never really understand but that doesn't mean I can't have a meaningful discussion about race with them and its upsetting to see so many people black men feel as though they can't, which completely makes sense if they have had bad experiences and I understand.
Deal with situations like the Ferguson unrest? Just curious about the perspective of Blacks in interracial relationships and if issues like this cause any extra stress or tension with your spouse...
When I go home everyday from work I have a Black woman I can vent my frustrations and concerns to and I know that she "gets it"..
Do you address these issues in a real way and have a sympathetic ear you can depend on?
Do yall lay in bed thinking about strangling your pawgs at night?
Or do you just totally avoid the conversation and talk about who did the latest ice bucket challenge?
