How do you properly "cool out" a chick?

How do you properly cool out a chick that you had a long term relationship with? i.e avoiding getting windows busted, tires flattened clothes burned when giving her the news that will blow her fuse?

Generally I try to get her to break up with me using the old It's not you it's me.

How do you have drama free break ups?

Be super nice to her and a total pushover and she'll eventually do something to remove herself from the situation like cheat on you or she'll start disrespecting you or she'll become distant and ask for a break.

I would try to make it seem like they would rather leave. Usually avoids all the dumb shyt.

For example, Last ex i just felt like the love was gone. So I wasn’t doing things she liked or that I usually did.

Once she started feeling some type of way, we mutually parted ways despite me feeling like that already.

things I did was like:

- Instead of buying a place for us, I let my lease go and moved in with friends (temporary).

- Started hanging with friends she didn’t like

- Stopped calling as much..

- Stopped talking as much (I mean meaningful conversations”..

- Denied her access to my personal things..

Etc.,

Eventually, she was just like this isn’t working even though I was done way ahead of time.

I was just like “cool “.


I had my reasons too... once I’m done I don’t necessarily “break up”, I just become distant and start moving as if I’m single. I don’t argue or nothing, I just agree with them and keep it moving.

I've spent a lot of time in the military. I have used the "crazy veteran" ploy that kind of worked but unfortunately chicks that I've dealt with long term no I have more to lose than her. I knew an old lady that really fukked up someone's shyt, shot up his car showed up at his job and shyt like that. Nothing happened because they were both Police Officers and her father was a local politician. She also got a medal for helping put down a riot and her partner was killed so literally left the force because of PTSD

Ripping the bandaid works but I hate the whole I need closure" excuse. I defenitely take anything I want out of the house when I break up with them and ignore the calls to pick up random shyt.

This is what I usually do. I'll take a job out of town or find a reason to be gone for awhile and tell her that I don't have time for her.
