It is a part of the immigration discussion but you can't have any type of productive debate on the issue if you come at it immediately from a negative and accusatory vantage point that demonizes one aspect of the problem without looking at the entire thing at a macro level. It is not about ignoring it but also not about treating this part of the immigration issue as the only thing worth discussing and in terms that are never going to push the conversation into any meaningful direction.
