How fast can you run/jog a mile? I just did my first sub-15 minute mile.

Miss running but a tibial plateau fracture from hooping cooked my knee. If I run I just do sprints these days. Running is on another level though for mood and performance.

Anything under 10mins is pretty good for 30 y/os. If you running multiple times a week and training I can see you getting down to 7-8. Fastest mile I’ve done is like 7mins or so, before my injury.

Yeah, I play soccer twice a week (a warm up casual game and a 30+ league game). And I'm dusting cats that are 5-7 years younger. Now a part of that is probably genes + conditioning. But a 10 minute mile should be standard.

But even though my knees be screaming sometimes, my mood is always on 1000% after a game.

My fastest recorded was last year at 8.23, at 35yrs.....i started running around after 5 months. Its 9.45 now

I'm sure it was faster when I was younger, played sports regularly, and didn't have a knee injury. Plus I run on trails/residential roads which fukk up my legs.
