Being skinny doesn't mean you're unhealthy. My bmi is correct, my waistline is correct, my cholesterol levels are correct. My blood pressure is correct
What's your cardiovascular health like though? Bmi is not a good indicator for someone with any above average amount of muscle .. be skinny fat brahs :picard:

Its differen when youre first starting out trying to get in shape. But once you have reached a good base in order to keep progressing you will have to push yourself to the point of failure. If you're getting chest pains when running then its time to chill out for a couple days and see a doctor because that isnt normal.

Another thing that is crucial is proper breathing... breathe through your diaphragm, not your chest, it makes a world of difference.

Trying to get my weight up. Getting into the habit of going to the grocery store and cooking my own shyt is what kills me. I try to go once a week, on a Saturday so I can have shyt for the week, (I live at home, it’s just me and my parents and my mom barely cooks anymore and they don’t get groceries).
I slack off one week, have a shytty diet for that week (eating once or twice a day/living at the fast food window) and the cycle continues for each week. Then that effects my training because I simply don’t have enough energy for it, and it will be pointless to go ham in n the gym without having the proper nourishment my body needs to make gains. So I just don’t go.
Then there’s all the weed I blow :snoop:

Trying to get out of this funk and get back on my purpose.

I'm in good shape for a 28 year old smoking drinker that does schedule 1 narcotics at least once a month.
Run 2 miles in the am at least 3 times a week
Calisthenics in am and after work



Consistency is shyt but I'm always active

Depends on what you consider flabby and sick...

I go in the gym now and still do 3 sets of 20 at 135 for bench, full body workouts, box, etc., but I'm definitely not the young man I once was. Injuries fukked me all up as well as alcohol/smoking
