Trying to get my weight up. Getting into the habit of going to the grocery store and cooking my own shyt is what kills me. I try to go once a week, on a Saturday so I can have shyt for the week, (I live at home, it’s just me and my parents and my mom barely cooks anymore and they don’t get groceries).
I slack off one week, have a shytty diet for that week (eating once or twice a day/living at the fast food window) and the cycle continues for each week. Then that effects my training because I simply don’t have enough energy for it, and it will be pointless to go ham in n the gym without having the proper nourishment my body needs to make gains. So I just don’t go.
Then there’s all the weed I blow
