Once again you use the ol "asked to do more with less" routine. Why? Because Mark Schlereth and Ron Jaworski made it so? Because he turns the ball over so much and that means he's asked to more because he has to play catch up? Is that why?

That same 2 win Colts team that was 1 year removed from the Super Bowl? The whole world saw they were tanking once Manning went down. Curtis Painter should have been playing in the arena league.
I give him all the credit in the world for beating the 49ers and Seahawks. He should have duplicated the performance against a much weaker defense like the Patriots in the post season
The reason he's labeled with being asked to do more is because of the amount of time he is asked to make a play. If you look at passing and rushing attempts Luck going to end up ahead of the other young QBs. He's asked to carry a heavier load. It's a combination of Indy being very pass reliant due to shyt RBs and style (compared to other young QBs that have a more run heavy offense), Indy's offensive line being complete dogshyt (meaning he is the most hit QB in addition to being asked to make more plays) and that he's managed to have 11 game winning drives and 8 4th quarter comebacks in his first two seasons.
Whether or not you agree with it is another thing but thats where it comes from. Personally I hate that the Colts are so reliant on Luck since they talk so much about building a D and run game, but oh well whatever.
That 2 win Colts team was not 1 year removed from the superbowl.
That 2 win Colts team was not tanking. Indy never carried a true backup QB as Peyton never got injured. They always kept some trash big 10 qb as backup, see Jim Sorgi. Then they tried to sign Kerry Collins but that old man couldnt get ready in time and was trash when he did play.
If they were trying to tank with Paint why did they bench him for Orvlosky. Wouldn't it make sense to just play an arena league team every week.
LOL at tanking when the GM, several front office personnel and damn near entire coaching staff got replaced. Half the roster got turned over, most of the players who really lead the Colts making playoffs last 2 years were not there prior to the 12-13 season.
LOL at tanking when they beat a playoff bound Texans team week 16 in a game they couldnt "afford" to win.
You don't know shyt about the Colts, just trotting out the same old lazy generic talking points and making up shyt as you go.
