Kawhi is a disciple of Kobe and has the potential to be the best of the bunch. Kobe stans gon always support Kawhi as will Laker stans (albeit with much more reluctance), Kawhi is such a crazy turn of events in the Lakers vs Spurs Kobe vs Timmy wars. Brehs united under this young talent expecting him to explode. I lowkey think he could be the best player in the league if he just got a few lessons from the one shooting gawd, I especially want Kawhi to start playing with the attitude and belief that he's the best basketball player that ever existed. He's clearly great at studying, he just needs them lessons from the source instead of tapes.

Personally I'm not a fan of the whole 'lets shower Kawhi with love because he doesn't have a personality' thing. Reeks of white folks clinging to the quiet black man as a rejection of the 'brash' athlete. None of that is shade to Kawhi, though, just the narrative formed about him. Gotta respect his game and his commitment to being him. Still, I'm ruined on the Spurs. They could average 120 a game with nothing but oops and step back 3s and something about their colors, their city, their image will still bore me

I'm a Lakeshow fan, hate the Spurs, but for some reason don't hate Kawhi. In fact he's one of my favorite players who I wouldn't mind seeing get multiple rings.
