i usually spend 45 minutes walking...

the first 15 minutes, i walk at 2.0 speed...

the next 15 minutes, i walk at 2.5 speed...

the last 15 minutes, i walk at 3.0 speed..

i usually don't run on a treadmill.....

should i increase my time? maybe 1 hour..

want to know..

No more than 30 minutes. Usually between 0 and 12 on average. :ehh:

Been experimenting with Zone 2 cardio so usually 20 minutes in that zone 3-4 times a week. It takes a minute to get your heart rate there so probably around 30-35 minutes a session. Steep incline (12-13) and 3.1 speed walking.

For me it’s helped a lot. Keep in mind when I walk on the treadmill it’s at 11-13 incline for the working portion. I did a Peloton run today and what was a tougher jog before was much more casual and I ran through the walk portions that were programmed.

I might have to start doing this then, especially on days when I'm too lazy to go run. :salute:

I usually run until I get bored then go back. Literally right now I just ran 8 miles up the beach stopped at a bar cause fukk it i'm tryna get drunk before I have to run 8 miles back to my got damn car.

Also jogging/running on an incline is damn near a cheat code for me to lose weight imo

for now because I'm still to fat for running

45 min at 1% incline at 6 km/p

when I reach 115 kg its going to be 30 min at 10 km/p and 15 min at 1% incline at 6 km/p
