You really can't tell it just starts happening one day. If I go on crazy benders and then stop cold turkey for a couple of days i'll have the shakes and sweats which is really all the time in the summer. I really haven't dealt with shakes in probably a month.

After NYE events and the surrounding days the shakes returned it had been a long time. I could barely use a pen

If fighting shakess, maybe only buy alco-pops that high school girls love. Or stretch one single 4loko over a week.

Wean down to a couple sips after dinner. Then down to 2 oz every other night, etc.
