I’m new so maybe that’s why?I don't really get heavy soreness unless I go on vacation and don't lift for like 1-2 weeks. Then the day after I'll be a bit sore but nothing crazy.
My arms don’t hurt as bad anymore. But leg day be killing me.
I also did a 10 mile bike ride on Sunday or Monday. I can’t remember, but it was the day before leg day, so I think it was Sunday, so I’m sure my body is aching from that as well
lifting like that, youre supposed to be tired. 5 sets.
Nothings wrong with lifting light unless your ego is big and youre scared to get it crushed. You just have to watch your form and hold the weight for some seconds (3 to 5 seconds or longer if you can take it) at the height of the resistance to feel the burn. If youre still in pain after a few days and it gets worse, go to a doctor. Dont ignore it.
