Surprised so many brehs started watching so late..by late my mean attitude era/late 90's. I started watching around 92'-93 when I was 4 to 5 years old. It was nothing but wresting, ninja turtles, and Power Rangers for me growing up. :ahh:

Since cena was in an Astros jersey and Jason Albert had chest hair and nipple clamps. And test was there too
About 2002 was when I first watched. On one of those radio TVs. Had no cable. Couldn't find anything to watch. Saw smackdown and said :dwillhuh: what's this?
And by the end of the night I was in love with wrestling. :blessed::gladbron:
:mjcry: first thing me and my grandfather bonded over. Was going to go to MSG before he passed. :mjcry:

Being a kid only like 3 years old. I remember being hype for this. I wanted to go to the bar with my Uncles so bad. The next day My Uncle read me the results in Detroit Free Press. I was so :gladbron: when I heard Hulk slammed Andre. Something that I thought was the 1sttime happening for so many years. Up until last year I didn't kno Hogan wasn't the 1st one that did that to Dre :francis:

Dats why that Hoegan debacle hurt so much. Hulk or Michael Jackson were the 1st people I stanned. Boy did they let me down over the years :to:

I could've started watching that early since my brother was a fan but I had it in my head that it was fake.

First saw Wrestling Challenge and Saturday Night's Main Event on VHS tapes from my older brother's friend in 88... first PPV was Survivor Series '89. Was instantly stanning for The Rockers and Warrior which is probably why I've never really dug Hogan and feel some sort of way about the Barbershop whenever HBK is presented as a face.

Gotta say somewhere around 92-93 I was six or seven. Didn't get hooked till I went to Royal Rumble 94 in Providence when Undertaker "Rose from the grave" Luger and Bret co won the rumble, and Owen kicked brets leg out of his leg.

Them SNMEs were like pay-per-views, brehs... especially cause we didn't have cable at the time :mjcry: It was special just to see Ted DiBiase go over the Blue Blazer. :whew:

Also, it took the PPVs like two months to be released on video, so you had to wait for clips to be shown on Superstars if you wanted to see what happened.

Best part of waiting for Mania, was when they'd announce new matches during the WWF Special Report. Every week leading up, you'd be like :lupe: for Sean Mooney to come thru with the update. Like :ahh: "Koko B Ware vs Rick Martel and Rockers vs Orient Express added to the card!" :obama:

My first memory would be watching Royal Rumble 92, my dad had a buddy who would get all the pay per views so we would go there to watch. There used to be mad people there maybe 20-25, watching the rumble match, counting down and hitting the :krs: with each entrant

The good ol days :mjcry:

Now I watch with the wife and kids on the network :obama:

Short answer: since probably 91/92 because I vaguely remember WM6, but for sure since 92
