Yes because of the way Carmelo played. Carmelo had no problem playing on the block and driving to the hoop and grabbing boards. That's how Larry brown liked his players to play.

That Darko pick was not his pick, he was forced to use money on Charlie V and Gordon (there is a minimum cap and the Pistons had money to spend, he overpaid but it had to be spent), I don't know where this TERRIBLE stuff comes from, he's made bad moves like any GM but this team is vastly better than they were two years ago, it's a new team, takes time to come together. I would at least give him this year and next year

I agree Josh was overpaid by Detroit, but there is a method to the madness. Josh has already put up #s as a piston that hasn't been achieved since Wilt played the game. I'm not mad at that contract based on the potential of Mr. Smith.
