It depends on the day. Usually go to bed around 2am and set the alarm for 8, but don't get out of bed until atleast 830, so like 6.5 hours. on days where i'm lazy or i know i'm not hitting up the gym, i'll sleep in for an extra hour or so and wake up at 10 or 1030. on the weekends i get a mix of hours. sometimes i go to bed at 4 and im up by 10, other times i go to bed at 3 and im up at 11. it depends on my body. sometimes i'll wake up in the morning to piss and then just turn the tv on or check my phone and be up for an hour before falling back to sleep for another hour or so.
