like I said, they were both playoff teams and had one of the best defenses in the league each year. Any team in the playoffs can get hot enough to win the championship, if that hasn't been proven clearly the last few years, every team is good.

Peyton Stats

09 Chargers Playoffs: Passing: - 310 YDS, 1 TD No INTS

11 Jets Playoffs: 225 YDS, 1 TD No INTS

535 yards, 2 TD's, no interceptions. What a choke:heh: your argument is finished now

:dead: @ you posting those stats like they ssupport your argument.

Those are Flacco, Matt Schaub numbers breh. Not a to 10 all time QB's numbers. :pachaha:

You've mentioned this a few times but as a Jet fan I can tell you that the 2010 D was not that great. Yes they were good but not great. They had to be bailed out by last minute drives no less than 4 times that season (yes Mark Sanchez had to actually save their bacon those games, let that marinate for a minute) against some woeful competition: Browns, Lions, Broncos, & Texans, none of which were playoff teams.

You're also conveniently omitting his 41-0 loss in January '03 to the Jets. Pennington in his first playoff start out played him BADLY, and that Jet D was nothing Earth-shattering & contributed mightily to their 2-5 start to that season.

I don't get all the buck-passing in regards to his playoff Ls... He's certainly earned his share of the blame and save for an opposing QB who had no business being in a SB, he would have a well-deserved 0 SB rings. And let's not get started on his phantom, media-gift to their golden boy SB MVP from that game.

GREAT regular season QB, but a choker who tenses up and is as un-clutch as I've ever seen in the playoffs. If a coach or fan had to choose between him & his brother in a big spot in a big playoff game & they chose Peyton, that would be as insane as it gets.

Just stop. You using his first playoff game ever as an example changes nothing. That 41-0 jets games means as bout as much as Tom Brady throwing 4 interceptions against the Chargers in the playoffs all those years back. That was a complete team melt down hence the score, and again that was his very first playoff game.

That 11 Jets team had one of the best defenses in the league. You can say "well they werent that good" all you want. but stats from that season show they were one of the best in the league that year, easily.

The standards change all the time with Peyton haters. First he's a playoff choker, then stats are shown he's played well in the playoffs, even better than Tom Brady who he ironically he is accused of being nowhere near in the playoffs, even though Peyton has a better passer rating and better stats. Now it's "well he didnt play up to his own ridiculous regular season standards, now he's a choker" ignoring that every single QB in history stats go down slightly in the playoffs. Magical runs like Joe Flaccos rarely happen. You Peyton Bashers need to vote on set definitions on what a "choker" is, because you throw the word around a lot but seem to not know what it means

Before you clown...maybe you should do some research on your "10 all time QB's" numbers in the playoffs. The sheer idiocy of some a yall seriously bothers me.

Aside from maybe Marino, none disappoints quite like Peyton.

So coming up short in the biggest ways for the last 10 years should be excused because of some superbowls Teddy Bruschi Ty Law and Rodney Harrison won for him back in 2003?

Coli logic :wow:
LOL @ "in the biggest ways". Nice try. Brady has been to 2 SBs since Peyton won his. Coli logic.

Using that same train of thought, how many Superbowls has Brady Won since Peyton won his? :lupe:

I'll take this a step further. How many Superbowls has Brady won since the Patriots were caught and punished for illegally taping and stealing other teams signals and playcalls? :ohhh:

It's funny how insecure these cats get about Manning when Brady is the topic. They all say the same dumb shyt - calling Brady a choker because he lost 2 SBs. Unless I'm missing something, weren't Manning's teams in the same conference as the Patriots those years? Somehow this Coli logic would have you believe that sitting home watching the Super Bowl is better than playing in one. :heh:

5 Super Bowls versus 2. We could do this all day.

2 superbowl losses vs 1. None in the last 10 years, Peyton beating them in their last playoff meeting on the way to his. I agree, we could do this all day

But instead I'mma let the haters be FURIOUS today

Those 7 Touchdowns Make You Feel Some Type Of Way :bryan:
