2 superbowl losses vs 1. None in the last 10 years, Peyton beating them in their last playoff meeting on the way to his. I agree, we could do this all day

But instead I'mma let the haters be FURIOUS today

Those 7 Touchdowns Make You Feel Some Type Of Way :bryan:
LOL.. your picking and choosing, slicing and dicing of stats is hilarious. More rings, more SBs. NOPE. You cannot change that, kid.

I already told you I agree with you, Terry Bradshaw is clearly a better QB than Tom Brady. I don't know why you keep bringing this up. :mindblown:
^^ Why is this kid talking about Terry Bradshaw? Does he think Bradshaw and Brady are the same person? :wtf:

Just stop. You using his first playoff game ever as an example changes nothing. That 41-0 jets games means as bout as much as Tom Brady throwing 4 interceptions against the Chargers in the playoffs all those years back. That was a complete team melt down hence the score, and again that was his very first playoff game.

That 11 Jets team had one of the best defenses in the league. You can say "well they werent that good" all you want. but stats from that season show they were one of the best in the league that year, easily.

The standards change all the time with Peyton haters. First he's a playoff choker, then stats are shown he's played well in the playoffs, even better than Tom Brady who he ironically he is accused of being nowhere near in the playoffs, even though Peyton has a better passer rating and better stats. Now it's "well he didnt play up to his own ridiculous regular season standards, now he's a choker" ignoring that every single QB in history stats go down slightly in the playoffs. Magical runs like Joe Flaccos rarely happen. You Peyton Bashers need to vote on set definitions on what a "choker" is, because you throw the word around a lot but seem to not know what it means

I don't even know why I'm replying to you as you simply have no idea what you're talking about, but you simply play yourself in your first 2 paragraphs alone. You seem like a big Peyton fan yet you're saying 2003 was his first playoff game? Dude, 2003 was PENNINGTON'S first playoffs. Peyton had already been to the playoffs in 1999 (0-1 where his O put up 16 and their D only gave up 19) & 2000 (again 1 and done where his O put up 17). January 2003 was his 3rd playoff game and by then he was already established as one of the game's present day bests. And you're right it was a team meltdown. The Jets O stomped out the D by hanging 41 on them and Peyton's O did NOTHING in that game, let's not act like he was answering Chad shot for shot and the Colts D was responsible for the late go-ahead score. Oh, and Peyton's stat-line? 14-31, 137 yds, 0 TDs, & 2 INTs. But yeah, it's always the D's fault.

As for the 2010 Jets D, I only happened to see every Jet game that season and I'm a huge Jet fan, why would I want to underrate their rankings except for the fact that it's the truth? If not for Sanchez catching lightning in a bottle in the afore-mentioned comebacks, that team finishes 7-9 or 8-8 & those extra losses would have been due to that D's mediocre showings against 4 ghastly opponents. Oh, and the stats also say that last year's Jets D was top ten, when anyone who watched their games will tell you that simply wasn't the case. So in all honestly fukk the stats as they don't tell the entire story. Dude put up a whopping 16 points on a D that allowed 20 to Orton, 20 to a sophomore Stafford, 20 to Colt McCoy, and 27 to Matt Schaub. Given that rogue's gallery, asking Peyton to match Orton, Stafford, & McCoy's point production vs that very same D shouldn't be an issue. But of course, he threw up a whopping 16 (btw, the D held that Jets O to 17), so let's all blame the D!

Da fukk you Peyton stans smoking? :dahell:

:rudy: That Wall of text makes you appear to be furious. I'll keep mine much shorter and to the point

The date of the Jets game don't matter, the result is irrelevant. What does a playoff game played in January of 2001, have to do with shyt in this conversation. A playoff game from Mannings 3rd year in the league, 12 years ago? That is literally the worst game of his playoff career. You could cherry pick almost any QB's worst day ever to prove a point. Your whole reasoning behind it was weak to begin with

And stat wise the Jets D was one of the best of the league in 2011. Period. I don't care what you think you saw I'm going by what the stats show from that season.

You shouldn't have brought that game up to begin with as proof of peytons "choke jobs" because he put them in position to win that game, got them the lead with a minute left, and the colts defense shyt the bed and gave up a 80 yards drive with no time left to lose that game. Your whole reasoning was off from the jump.

You have a lot of nerve bringing up "reasoning" when you continue to grasp at straws in this very thread -- going as far as adding Terry Bradshaw to the discussion.

Terry Bradshaw is better than Tom Brady, I don't see why you keep quoting me for something I agreed with you on :rudy:

I'm not being funny. Bradshaw has more rings than Brady, he's better. Case closed

The first time that flew over your head I should have realized how sharp of a knife I was dealing with. let me take this opportunity to exit this thread stage left
