I brush my teeth in the shower (it’s better trust me) so twice. I may miss the second brushing if I miss a second shower before bed for some reason, but twice. I def should floss more because I just dont do it enough. I use mouthwash about 3-4 times a day though because I get dry mouth from the vitamins I take for some reason.

2-3 times.
Depends what I’m eating, where I’m going etc.
Usually use mouth wash after lunch and/or anything that’s sugary etc.
Floss at night with string and also interdental for wisdom teeth.

7 times is excessive and I don’t believe it.

Not going to lie like most, I was only doing it once in the am when I woke up unless I was going out later In the evening in that case twice

Since I started doing Invisalign 7 months ago I been doing it 3 times a day together with listerine plus flossing. Seems like I'm going to stick to that routine even after I'm done with Invisalign, too many years of bullshytting. Also going to make sure I get 2-3 dental cleanings a year, I didnt realize how hard I was slacking. I've never been told I had bad breath but my mouth feels so much fresher now

I have Invisalign so I brush and floss after every meal so about 3-4 times a day.

Once I take them out I’ll probably brush about twice a day and floss at night.

3-4 times (Invisalign)
Y’all didn’t consider braces

The bad breath comes from eating meat. I didn't believe it at first, until I once stopped eating it for the first time in my life. That was for about six months. When I ate my first piece of chicken again, I could actually smell the chicken odor in my stool and urine. When you think about it, it makes sense. What do you expect with dead animal flesh sitting in your body, and stuck between your teeth. The flossing, brushing, and mouth wash, only covers up what's going on in your mouth, and you got to do it at least 2 twice a day.

Anyway, stop eating meat for a minute, and see what you discover when you start eating it again.. The bake chicken with the skin on it, is even worst, as far as the odor it leaves in your body. And you would never know. Even now, if I don't eat chicken for three or four days, I know the difference when I restart it. I guess you'll start noticing the odor when you restart eating other meat as well, but so far I only ate chicken after coming off a meat fast. Btw, I was told all this about meat, before I actually experienced it.

Btw soda is detrimental, if you have periodontal disease. My old dental hygienist told me she never heard of that. I don't know if she was lying or what. I know she was kinda young, but still. These professionals down here, including the Black ones, seem to lie better than the street crooks, and I don't care what profession they're in. It's like they're trained to lie with a straight face. And don't think these Black professionals gonna ease off the lying because you're Black. It's like they're reading from a "How to lie to other Black people" book while they sometimes talk to you, and the book is written by Whites. Too many of them are beginning to sound more and more like a bunch of crooked lawyers.

Anyway, soda is probably bad for every bodies gums sooner or later. What makes it so bad is, I still haven't heard a dentist tell me the correlation between soda and the effect it has on the gums, especially for someone who has periodontal disease like myself. I shouldn't have had to learn that from the internet, or from experiencing it myself that long.

Twice. In the morning and before bed. That’s it. I’m not with that brushing every hour shyt that some of you nikkas cap about

The only time I brush my teeth mid day is if I eat something with a lot of garlic or something like that and I don’t want that taste in my mouth all day. Even then I got a lil travel bottle of listerine in my car for that.

Twice. But only use the electric toothbrush, floss, and oral rinse before bed
