Monday,Tuesdays, do tricep extensions for 20 reps at a moderate weight after EVERY set/excersise you do, then do biceps and triceps on wednesdays, keeping the same tricep routine, then thursday friday do bicep curls for 20 reps after EVERY set/excerse, rest on the weekend and watch them arms grow breh:blessed:

Ol t shirt training ass nikkaz. Once a week is fine as they get worked out doing chest and back.

dont knock it til you try it, been doing it for 3 months now, i thought the shyt was dumb as well until my arms blew up, and ive been doing it ever since and ima upload some pics in a minute

I do em three days a week when I do them after shoulder and lower back, do two exercises for biceps, two for triceps and two for forearms, and on sat morning, I do double the amount of bicep sets , so as I do 5 sets, I do the regular five and then really take my biceps apart by then doing cheat curls with a heavier weight by the end I can hardly move them.

CT Fletcher said he did arms everyday when he first started out. I dont know about all that. I usually do tri's on every chest day and bi's on every back day.

doesnt that affect your pulling movements though? Your back probably is slacking because your arms are toast.

Naw my back is my strongest body part, because I also do 300 weighted pullups and 1000 weighted pushups throughout the week, im built like a tank and strong as an ox, only 205 at 6'1
