You know anywhere besides sac/Pittsburg/Antioch/Tracy that got housing for the L O? It's like almost everyone I know has made that same migration.

I heard they are building a lot of new housing out it Fremont.

From what I know of fremont, it can get expensive

vallejo and Fairfield have some nice places for around $2000/month

can probably find a good place for $1600-1800/month if you look hard enough

the nice places, coincidentally by both vallejo and fairfield respective costcos, gonna run you $2000-2500 a month though

Toronto will run you 1500-2000k from studio to 2 bedroom apartment + utilities

a condo at least 500 dollars on top of that + utilities and if you haven’t bought a parking spot you’re paying that too

That’s not true whatsoever. I lived in LIC in a brand new apartment with every amenity possible including a theater room. It’s was 2370 for my studio. One stop I’m in Manhattan. Super safe .
