It's crazy how these apts increased the price but either look the same or function even worse. Living in Orlando like 2014 my 1st apt was 560 for a bedroom in a 4/2
shyt should really be 250-300. Rooms was small as fukk.

$500 for a 1 bedroom apartment that was basically a mini three story apartment with a bedroom on top with bathroom, a kitchen, living room, and basement.

This was in 2005.

Went to OU in MI. Hit a lick and got an apartment downtown Rochester for $500 a month

And we were able to steal cable for 10 months

Pops was just telling me he was paying $575 in the early 90s for a 1 bedroom in Hyde Park(affluent chi neighborhood). Same building has 1 bedrooms starting at $1450 in present day

And actually my pops old unit is for rent, says it looks the exact same except for new appliances and cabinets

My first spot was in oak Park and I payed $590 for a one bedroom. This was the early 2000's.
