How much water do you drink a day?

I can go through a litre bottle of water no problem, so I'm getting atleast 3 litres a day not including whatever 16 oz cups/bottles I'll drink when I'm at home and ain't got to pay for the shyts. As much as I love Beer and Alcohol, If water ain't nearby, my head starts to hurt. Cannot live without the shyts.

Depends on how much you sweat and the amount of minerals you get in your diet.

Hydrate smartly not excessively. Coconut Water (the right kind) is a better source than plain water. Most of you have too much sodium and not enough potassium in your system.

Me, I'm somewhere between a half-gallon and a gallon daily. I had fukked up skin as a teenager and the doc told me that drinking water was one of the best ways to clear it up. Combine that with the fact that I live in AZ and water is pretty much all I drink.

2 gallons is easy if you go to the gym everyday and stay active
