How much water do you drink a day?

But if I really concentrated and made the effort I could do 3 gallons

And I was in Iraq and Afghanistan in the summers and I drank wayyyy over 4 gallons a day

that's an extraordinary amount

idk how intense that gym session would have to be to make you drink that much water...how much would one lose through sweat?

I can see up to 5/6 litres on the higher end of the spectrum but 9?!

I don't drink nearly enough as I should, but I'm changing that now, I aim for 3 a day, I think that's reasonable, on top of the other fluids I drink. I'm working out so my body screams for it now lol. I wish my parents hooked me on water when I was younger instead of all the sugary drinks I was fed as a yute.
