2 gallons sometimes a little more. It's not that hard. I carry a gallon with me everywhere I go. Just taking drinks throughout the day.

always 1 gallon before the gym. try to shoot for a gallon after wards but usually fall somewhere between 1/2 and 3/4.
if you're not drinking at least a half gallon a day, you're doing your body a disservice. i didn;t even know i was dehydrated until i started boosting my h2o intake. more energy, skin clearer, piss like sparkling water, cum looking immaculate--i mean the benefits are there people.now go drink some water
