That’s my boy’s trademarkI can lift this choppa fukk nikka
What?!If you want to be realistic, 110 pounds.
That's completely unrealistic for untrained lifters. 70% of your body weight is the bare minimum. Body weight should be your goal.225
Not every woman cares but let's be real, the more can do, the more she'll like you

1) It's the simplest exercise people think ofWHy is benching the go to metric for this? There are better, more useful exercises and body parts to gauge strength than a bench press![]()
It's not a debate, recognizing that most men don't weight train with regularity. There was a thread on here debating the average man can only bench 135
This why women be lying. Meanwhile I know if she ain't 140 she ain't the 1 4 meThat girl ain't 100 lbs packing all that ass![]()
You weigh 200 pounds you need to be benching 315 at minimum
Makes kinda sense, but any violent movement, that power is generated from the back, core, or legs/hips1) It's the simplest exercise people think of
2) Upper body strength is a sexual dysmorphic trait between men and women.
3) In most potential conflicts with another man, you're more likely to be pressing forward/pushing off than pulling.
I don't disagree that it's not the best overall metric but it speaks to our primal nature.

My first time lifting I was doing around 240. At that time I never did regular workouts. Just played basketball all the time. But I was always naturally strong. I weighed about 180 at the time. The times I maxed out I was around 315. Once I did start lifting I usually stay around the 175-225 range though cause I ain't trying to prove shyt.Like one percent of men in the world can bench 225. 225 isn't possible for most men who don't train, and the vast majority of men don't train. I lifted for the first time when I was 13 and I think I was doing 95 pounds. A realistic number for a grown man is probably 135.
Fwiw, the deadlift is the superior measure of strength. I'd say the average man should be able to do 175 or so.
You gotta remember muscles have nothing to do with fighting. My MMA gym is in a BK sports club. They had to remove the heavy bag they had in the weight area because whenever we would do drills upstairs for fight camp, muscle bound nikkas would look away and then complain to the management. "Why they shaking the whole pull equipment with they kicks."Can't fight, don't really protect their woman,
No you're not.pressing forward/
