Universally I think the average man 18-40 should be able to do on any given day at any given time

Pull ups- 3
1 mile- 8 min
Push ups- 10
Plank(1 min) /situps(25) pick one

That mile and plank time is very unrealistic for the average man

Avg. mile time is probably closer to 13 minutes

Plank 20 seconds

Makes kinda sense, but any violent movement, that power is generated from the back, core, or legs/hips
That may be, but most people aren't using their body in the manner professionals fighters are, and your chest is still involved.
No you're not.

Pressing is not conducive to punching. It's not the same motion because punching mainly involves hips.

I never said anything about punching or limited the scenario to throwing punches. Street/bar fights are rarely limited to punching.

I think the average adult male can do 0 pull ups. Just think about all of the overweight people that don't go to the gym.

People generally don’t do push movements in their day to day lives so having any kind of latent bench press strength is unlikely. Grab any non lifting dude off the street and they’d be lucky to do 180.

Even manual laborers might have crazy forearms and grip and a solid deadlift but unless they were pushing those big ass stones in ancient Egypt their bench is gonna be trash too.

And rarely if ever have to do with lifting. Lifting doesn't help grappling striking or using an effective weapon. Unless you trying to throw a desk at someone and that's more likely to get you fukked up before you even lift it.

Ideally the goal should be your own weight.
However, just going to the gym and working out with whatever weight is good enough.

Lifting has nothing to do with grappling? Lol okay.
You ever done grappling? You wrestle? You do BJJ? Come to my gym let's see what you talmbout. Grappling is all about technique and leverage anyone who actually grapples will tell you that. When you actually start grappling come back and we can talk .
