You don't even lift like that my nikka/my cracka so you can miss me with all that other shyt. :russell:

There's a reason coli brehs tag me into lifting threads. You, not so much. :russ:

@Neuromancer Your boy says he's only 30 mikes out. :ooh:
I been lifting and you know that. I don't give a damn about who tags you in what.

All that lifting and you instigating something that has nothing to do with you like a hoe.

My reading comprehension is assured to be much higher than yours.

You are double speaking. Using the top tier of a small percentage within a small percentage of the population doesn't lend to the idea of the numbers you're citing being unimpressive.

If the average man is maxing at 160, 225 is notable. Nobody is gonna be convulsing over seeing a 225 bench in a normal gym but it's respected. Why? Because many people still aren't doing it, especially for reps. Admitting experienced lifters aren't touching 315 further proves this.

Nobody should be running exclusively to make a thread about anyone else's numbers in the gym unless it's freakish numbers or a a possible record.

And I don't need to fly to a city that I'm 30 minutes away from.

Come back to me when you can refute this.

I told him where we can meet. I'll be there tomorrow night barring anything. Getting back from an injury but I'll be there.

I hate the bench. It used to fukk with my jump shot.I've benched less than 5 times my entire life.Maxed out at 170, but I only weighed 175 at the time.Rather do push-ups.

I put his punk-ass on ignore. Doing all that analyzing on some shyt I said instead of running the fade after shooting his mouth off with you.

And I bet on Blade 4 he still won't post a bench press receipt of 315 so why is he even talking? :dead:

These dudes really is bytch-made, born and (accidentally) bred. :scust:

The average man isn't working out though. If the average man did, 225 wouldn't be impressive as @Son Goku is saying. And truthfully I would be more impressed by the average man being able to squat 225 since most seem to avoid squats like the plague. But once again, 225 for an average gym goer should be warm up weight :yeshrug:

You should be able to overhead press your body weight, benching just gives you big titties :mjtf:
fukk around take your shoulder off. Most ppl can’t overhead press 1 plate. That shyt is tough. Most will hit a 2 plate bench easy

I just got back in the gym and I can only overhead press a plate + 25 without feeling like my shoulders getting ripped off
