Couple days every two-three months.

Seems to be the sweet spot.

Like my boy @O.T.I.S. said, trick is to be reliable AF and learn everything at the beginning. As time pass, they're not gonna give AF because they know you'll be there to save their asses in a pinch.

I work from home a couple days out the week. We're moving offices and they needed people to help. I volunteered to help move shyt on the day I'm supposed to be home.

They think I'm some kind of "company man" for making the "sacrifice" of coming in. Little do they know, all I do is log into my computer on my wfh days so that hour or two is the only work I'll be doing.

We been finding a way through the system since slavery, work ain't no different.

At my old job shyt about once a week. But I kept the lights on in that place I was entitled to some extra time off IMO :manny:

They laid me off om some personal petty shyt in 2021 and I get a call like every 3 months from my boss that did it asking if I am ready to bury the hatchet and come back. We buried the hatchet after we ran into each other at a personal event but I told her I'd never come back on principle.

Current job I work from home. If I don't feel like working and I don't have any meetings on the schedule, I just don't turn on my computer

I've been here 8 years and have never missed a day. We do have unlimited PTO so that makes it a bit easier to plan.

And honestly, if its something I want to do and I have to work..... I still go and just take my computer.

I took this video just now. Been working all day - just have to go back to the car if I need to make a call.
