This is #1. I mean it's f*ckin' basic:

1) Drink water

2) Do regular cardio (at least 5 miles a day)

3) eat natural unprocessed food

4) Do sh*t you love to do, don't stress yourself out.

5) F*ck regularly, if you are not f*cking and nutting at least twice a week it's going to make you not function right.

I had the same problem and this is what got me to very optimal readings.

Get at least 15 to 20 minutes of exercise, should be about 1.5 km walking and about 20 minutes of exercise of moderate exercise.

Really watch your sodium in take. That includes looking at the label and seeing the total mg they have in whatever you buy. Try aiming around 1500 mg my nikka.

Lower your sugar intake as well, I stopped drinking coffee and sodas.

Lots of water, stay hydrated.

Get your recommended nutrients per day. I noticed I was low on vitamin c, magnesium, vitamin d and omega 3 in my diet and bought over the counter supplements to get my daily dose.

Meditation for about 10 minutes a day.

Also you can effectively lower your blood pressure by about 5 to 10 points by breathing in through your diaphragm for a minute before you do the test.

Increase magnesium, Vitamin D and potassium intake and supplement if necessary
Omega 3
More Salad less Pizza and takeout
Increase hydration with Water decrease Carbonated beverage and Soda intake
Lower weekly alcohol consumption to 2-3 servings 2-3x a week
Stop the cup ramen
Lift iron at the gym
CoQ10

Blood pressure meds don't work - Do not take them or cholesterol meds either
Diet exercise and herbs are the only thing that will work along with stress reduction
Find a new job if need be that stresses you out less
Break up with bytches that get you angry
