Each pill is 500 mg, so you can probably do 3 the first day and gradually scale up until the day before your test. You’ll feel the burn all over your body and that’s when you know it’s working. Drink a gallon of water throughout the day to flush the burned fat and THC out of you.

This trick worked for me and my knucklehead friends when we would get “randomly tested” monthly while in the Navy and we all smoked weed regularly. We would typically get at least a day’s notice before testing.
Again only use this method during the day. If you ever feel like you took too much (difficulty breathing, swelling, etc.) go to an ER. Good luck.
