oh man i could write a book on this because ive worked low wage customer service jobs, dealing with nothing but racist white people in both Amherst and cheektowaga

but in general i will say this...feign humility...never get mad....white people are indoctrinated by gestures....fake smiles, fake pleasantries can go a long way....u have to just pretend to be cordial and after they leave u can curl your face and mumble under you breath "stupid white (insert gender)

Disagree with a lot of stuff here. It will get you 'othered' and isolated.
You want to infiltrate as best as possible without c00ning or exposing yourself too much.

You want to join committees and you want to go out with them a lot. Get drunk with them but always be on point. Never get too loose and let the guard down. White people are extra - show them 10% they'all show you 15%.

It's fine and good to be cautious. But you need to give them food for thought. You want to create allies as best as possible.

I say it again. Get on the inside. Play the game. But play it safe with your yourself and be on point. Let people feel they can really talk to you and only give them

It depends on what points he didn't follow. If you give your co-workers an edge in seeing your true personality a quick change may seem like you're unhappy at work. Which may lead to write ups and attitude adjustment talks.

That's why it's best to control your image from the start, that way your co-workers know their place when dealing with you.

An important thing to remember is that backstabbing is not racially exclusive. Don't think they're JUST trying to fukk JUST YOU over, they'll stab each other in the back too, you're just 1st in line. I don't know why, but that realization made me be able to keep my sanity as I moved up into management.

-Befriend your boss. Make sure your the employee who picks OT when no one else does on occasion.

- do not accept any face book friend request.

- be able to dabble in small talk and be likeable but above all else be mysterious and never over reveal your personal life.

- avoid political talk ( very hard) when white employees spew Fox News ingnorance

Cacs are habitual line steppers, but also perpetual victims so you have to find a balance between having firm boundaries and not letting them make you out to be the "angry black guy". My preferred method is to just deadpan not with a But with a and don't say nothing except OK or alright I have to get back to work or I don't know if you have to respond. Just saying nothing is the best eventually they stop talking

Eventually they give up and stop trying to make small talk w you. They might randomly try again but don't fall for it and stay on code at all times

Don't give social media to coworkers unless it's NSA approved

Don't engage in political or religious discussions

Be at work 10 minutes early so they can't say you're late

Be almost robotic when dealing with female coworkers, especially white women.

Hide how much you know, play harmlessly gullible.
