How underrated is prime 'Sheed?

I'd consider his prime from '00 to about '08 I guess, maybe you guys have different opinions on that. But anyway how do you think he compares to the upper tier bigs of that era? Obviously a step below Duncan/KG/Webb/Shaq but he gave a lot of the power forwards some trouble.

How do you rate his skillset and do you think he gets underrated due to outside factors (media) overshadowing his actual talent?

not according to his peers. they always said he was the most talented PF of that era. and right there with KG/Duncan/Webb. only guy outta his class was Shaq. who in his prime was pretty much outside every player in NBA history's class.

He wasn't underrated.

Dude was actually overrated. People rate him on his talent and personality more so than his actual production. Dude could've been on par with Duncan or KG but he just flat out didn't want to be. Be 7 foot with a beastly post game and shoot more 3s that FTs every year brehs.
