This actually makes me appreciate Scottie Pippen even more. It's not easy playing a complimentary role. Most guys who end up playing with Bron are players who are all stars or superstars and have to adjust to a complimentary role.

I always thought LeBron's best ideal teammate, from an offensive standpoint, would have been Dirk.
He could spot up shoot. Could rebound. 2 man game.
Obviously defensively and rim protecting there are much better, obvious options. People have already mentioned Gobert.
But from an offensive standpoint, Dirk only needed 15 shots to get you 20+ points and could function with Bron pounding the ball.
