Almost everyone had career years number-wise under Kobe’s leadership, and their numbers went down without him or dudes were out of the league in a few years without him. Dudes don’t pay attention to the game.

To me, he was comfortable and his friendship with Kobe helped. I still never saw that dog in him like I saw in Miami. He was willing to take a backseat in La to Kobe, Gasol and even Bynum.

Depends on what you mean by success
If its a championship, you can add Bron to about half the teams in the league and they likely win the championship. Maybe 12 - 14 teams.
If it's a nice playoff run, conference finals maybe, thats another 10 teams
If its to go from lottery to playoffs instantly, that's the rest.

If AD was a FA this offseason and the Lakers could sign him straight up, they would be championship ready. Current young Lakers team would complement an older LeBron perfect if Lonzo and Brandon Ingram could shoot 35-38% from 3 on about 4 attempts per game. Lonzo and Brandon Ingram at the 1 & 2 are very athletic lengthy defenders already. LeBron gets enamored too much with guys that can shoot instead of guys who cover his deficiencies (defense, hustle, boxing out). If there were ever a way for only Ingram + Lonzo + picks for AD could happen, then sign Khris Middleton in the offseason, that would also be another championship level team.
