You already got a connect so thats perfect. My cousins a mechanic/body work guy so that takes care of any issues. And its funny but the cars I sold the most are Ford Taurus's. Really basic cars but are easy to fix because of the american parts. I stay away from any foreign shyt. Most of the time I buy one, clean it inside and out, throw so shiny hub caps on it and shine it down, put it on the street and have it sold in a few days. $700-$800 investment and make at least $2000.

As for the auctions it depends on the city. Luckily im in ATL which has a major dealers auction that opens to the public a couple times a month. I dont go to many small auctions because the bidders are usually normal people who drive the prices up because they dont know what the hell they are doin...

And yes sellin in my girls, sisters, cousins, and friends names is the loophole :lolbron:
How much would one be looking at for their own license?

Breh, instead of going through all the contests and shyt, why not just hire a professional app developer for that 5000??

Coming up with a profitable app is not that easy. Alot of ppl such as yourself they have some great idea and it really isn't as great as you'd think...You also need to know where you're going to find your market and how to advertise it. That's much more important than the app itself.
Well..for me...I am looking at a long term goal of a new black movement.

It would be great to give young new techies, who are people of color, a monumental chance like that.

Then pay it forward.

If a new black movement had capital int he 100 millions or billions....:banderas:

Respect. I can't even mad, some of the opportunities I've been given recently were simply because someone wanted to support black enterprise. But still for the sake of your app and it's success, if you haven't I'd try to think about the marketing and advertising. If I were you I'd start posting on reddit and see how the app/tech ideas that ppl on there get to the front page. They'll quickly let you know if it's feasible, what changes you should make etc. TechCrunch lurks/posts there so if the thread gained the write traction then they can see it and they'll do an article about it. I've seen that happen to a couple ppl. I had a convo with the guy who made this:
https://streamus.com/

He just made a post about it and it gained traction. TechCrunch picked it up and did an article about it. From there the guy who made brotips [which is funded by Mark Cuban] contacted him and wanted to fund him. Other ppl contacted him as well. He turned down all their offers as well as YCombinators 120k for 7% simply because he felt none of those ppl knew shyt about music lol. He said he asked them who their favorite artists was and their genre and they couldn't even tell him. But I digress....But yeah he eventually built it to over 100k users and I think he gets over 1000 new users daily.

Not sure about other states but in GA its not worth it unless youre tryna run an official business. You have to have a place of business with all of the zoning certifications, business insurance policy, fill out all kind of paperwork, and pay $250 in fees, so youre pretty much all in at that point. Its just extra bread for me right now...

but the IRS will end up fukking you in your bunghole if you out here flipping 5, 10, 15 cars in a year with no dealer license.

I dont know about where you live but in NY its required by law, if you sell over 4 cars in a year you have to get a dealer license. All you have to do is register a "place of business". I can be your home address. Insurance I believe is optional. and get the licensing to be registered with the DOS:manny:

as a side hustle you going to be flipping more than 3 a year. I guess if youre up to ducking the feds its ok, but getting registered with the DOS isnt that hard.

If there was a quick sure fire way, we'd all be rich.

Too much work and investment to just make $5K. Plus, I'm assuming he wants to flip it quickly.

No it's not.......

Lease options and wholesaling is where I started in real estate after I sold my clickbank business. It costs nothing and you can start with just $10.....yes $10 and make thousands within a few days....Investors are always looking for Below Market Value deals.........

Retail/wholesale is a small margin business and you will need to market your product ...and pay for the advertising, deal with customer service, shipping etc .....

Being a residential landlord is stupid.... tenants suck and evicting a delinquent one sucks big fat rhinoceros dikk.... can your pockets really handle repairs, maintenance, vacancy periods ?

you nikkas mayne :usherlol:

Get you a cheap condo man. Remember those HOA fees. Rent it out. I'm on the verge of selling my house, like I'm really considering. And reinvesting into a duplex. It's a strong possibility.

Stock market is a load of crap imo. And there's nothing "quickflip about it unless you're interested in penny stocks. There's also a high learning and too many factors that aren't even in your control. I don't understand why anyone would suggest that in a thread like this.
