How would you handle 150k a year in Atlanta?

I'd act like I made 50K etc. House, nice things and investments but not too flashy or thirsty for attention. Most of it would go towards savings and living a relatively good/quiet life.

Get a mini mansion in Lithonia or South Fulton, or a regular crib in Clayton or DeKalb...get a 2016 or earlier car, get Hawks season tickets, thrive
Doing it wrong. Get a nice 2 bed condo in either buckhead or Atlantic station. Buy a used luxury car with an extended warranty and prosper

I don’t make 100k, or close to it. I live downtown Atlanta and I eat well you hurr me? I legit stay my as in like a 3 mile radius and get at bytches, all I have to do is get em to the condo with the playa view and shyt. Have these hoes THINKING I’m making 150k, then I fukk the shyt out these hoes. I even got rid of my car when I moved downtown. I don’t even have a car. I got a nice view and keep some good gas and I’m out here winning. On God, I don’t have to leave my bock and I will eat good off these hoes. And half the hoes I fukk be tourist that’s teally impressed by Atlanta and the lifestyle. They see the spot and be like you live here

good analysis breh..im only 6'2...I mainly holla at hos at work.....been eatin good lately
cant really move downtown because I got kids and I need them by..im in the north but when the hos see the townhouse...they usually ready to get on they knees
I don't live in Atlanta, but one of the reasons I like the south despite racists and one horse redneck towns is the fact that the standard of living is relatively cheap.
150K will get you a nice 3-4 bedroom 2-3 bath home with a garage in a decent community, a nice vehicle, some money for savings, and some money to put in your pocket to spare if you play your cards right.
That's why I prefer the South to places in other regions like Cali, NYC, or Chitown were 150K will basically have you living check to check dang near in poverty.
