Yea but now is someone living over and below me killing my privacy?
Unless someone can look inside your apartment or hear your every move then I’m not bothered.
The only thing that might be annoying is that you have to share common spaces and pools with others.
Suburban life is made for people who want to stay indoors all day if you ask me.
Also I notice that suburban people have an arrogant way of looking at things when they leave their isolated communities.
Grown folks when they come a certain age like
@Wild self said want PEACE OF MIND AND SPACE
NOBODY AT THE AGE OF 35 plus wants to live in a box anymore
Or deal with Communal living ....
No matter how high end or luxury your "condo" is
When I walk out my door here in the country suburbs I don't have to see much less speak to my neighbor.....
I ain't gotta byatch about who in my parking space
I have a driveway.....
And my own mailbox not shared with other "tenants"
And land to expand upon
So yes I'm arrogant ....I worked hard to be isolated from others compromising my space
living like that in NYC as I did made me feel claustrophobic as I got older
When I was YOUNG I loved it...the hustle and bustle..the people ....even the noise
But now I cherish my silence ..it's great for my family and my business
New York was great
But as Paul says ..
When I was young I did childish things I spoke as a child I understood as I child but WHEN I BECAME A MAN I PUTTETH AWAY CHILDISH THINGS .....
And got some land so I can live in peace as a King
