shameful how BW get so much blind support in media to put out bullshyt like this. you wont find hypocrites like @GiGi complaining either.

"My boyfriend and I were having a conversation (he is black and Puerto Rican) about black men vs black women. It started getting intense and I said, "you don't get it! Black men are viewed as sexy and in a sense a "trophy" for another race, but black women are never deemed the most attractive. Other races are always seen as a trophy on the arm of a black man."

these women are so dumb its sad. they don't realize the deliberate trap setup for both genders. whites will promote black males in the media more often than black women. giving BM an ego boost and a sense of pride, while they reject us in the workforce. conversely, they'll reject black men in the workforce in favor of black women, but they wont receive the same media promotion. it makes BW dislike BM for reasons outside our control, and it makes BM resent BW for reasons outside of their control.

but the nerve of this chick basically praising her mixed race boyfriends hair, then being mad when he says he doesn't want their son to have hair like her. both of them feel the same exact way, he's just bold enough to express it.

"Black Women Are Unattractive"
I'm going to leave out Beyonce and Rihanna because duh. But have you met a woman named Gabrielle Union? Michelle Obama? Halle Berry? Iman? Vanessa Williams
"

that's right, best to way to prove black women are beauty is to pick a bunch of mixed and biracial women :blessed:

"Black Women Wear Weaves... I Like Good Hair"
This is probably the one that irritates me the most. Do men not realize all races of women are capable of wearing weaves and clip-ins?
"

white women do it too, the black womans #1 scape goat :blessed:

"I know I'm an attractive female with a lot to offer. I have a degree, two actually, including a masters. I am intelligent, can hold a conversation and come from a background more like The Cosby's then the PJs (do you remember that show? I digress...) I know how to cook and I am known for being "everyone's cheerleader" (supportive).

Why do I feel so invisible sometimes then? Passed over?
"

this chick is supposedly married to a black and rican dude yet she's still whining about not being picked :what: :camby: black women can be so pathetic

When will this myth about AA's largely chasing non-black women end!??? Again its myth. If anything the black men with self-hate issues/c00ns mostly chase after "yellow bones" or "red bones" but when they do date out its usually a latina from the islands like Puerto Rico or Dominica Rep. The black men that date white women is mostly due to them living mostly around white people. If AA's were dating out in large numbers then there would be a large mixed race population like in the UK, but that is not the case.

If anything Caribbeans are the black men DATE OUT the most. Its like its a culture for them to mess with a white women. Especially Jamaicans and Trinidadians. True story.

Great conversation piece. Black women need to stop seeing this issue as "our" issue--it's not. It's the issue within the man himself! Many (not all) black men have self-hate issues for various historical reasons (media, status, education, etc...), so to compensate for what they lack, they date "the other" in hopes of feeling better about themselves.

so is it any surprise that when you google her name, first thing you find is scandal worship :mjlol:

@marcuz in what world does Iman have non-black genetics?

And you are reaching with Beyonce and Rihanna.

- Iman was born in Atlanta, Georgia on December 1, 1990. She grew up in Los Angeles, California. Her mother is half Korean and half African American, and her father is African American.

- Robyn Rihanna Fenty was born on February 20, 1988, in Saint Michael, Barbados. Her mother is Monica Braithwaite, a retired Afro-Guyanese accountant, and her father is Ronald Fenty, a warehouse supervisor of Barbadian and Irish descent.

- Beyoncé's name is a tribute to her mother's maiden name. Beyoncé's younger sister Solange is also a singer. Mathew is African-American, while Tina is of Louisiana Creole descent (with African, Native American, French, and 1/16th Irish, ancestry).

but you're a mixed breed yourself, so i see why you've gotta come to their defense :cape:

Iman is Somali. Chanel Iman is a different person.

The average Black American is 20% Cac and range is 0%-60%.

Iman was born in Mogadishu, Trust Territory of Somalia. She is the daughter of Marian and Mohamed Abdulmajid.[5] Her father was a diplomat and a former Somali ambassador to Saudi Arabia,[6] and her mother was a gynecologist.[7] She has four siblings: two brothers, Elias and Feisal, and two younger sisters, Idil and Nadia.[8]

For her education, Iman attended high school in Egypt and later lived in Kenya,[6][9] where she studied political science at theUniversity of Nairobi.[10]

Iman is Muslim,[11] and fluent in five languages: Somali, Arabic, Italian, French and English.[12]

Says nothing about African American or Korean...Or her being born in GA.

i thought she meant chanel iman, not the 60 yr old Iman Mohamed Abdulmajid who STILL isn't a reflection of her beauty as a woman of west african descent.

We somehow manage to be the main culprits of black female street harassment, while at the same we make them feel invisible, presumably due to lack of attention.

I don't agree with this article but this is silly. You can harass because of proximity. It does not mean you value the features of the people you are harassing more than others or that you value you them at all. The two things have nothing to do with each other.
