Start with the bar then add weight. I don't normally go over 135lbs but, I can easily add another plate(225lbs).I can't do front squats
I go atg on back squats, I haven't had any issues
These should so safer than backsquats since if you can't do the weight, you just drop the weight forward

the lifting forum I post at went down, so I'm here now. I got up to 275x1 fs and 320x1 hbbs at 165 and can't do either now smh just starting again after an injury.
