I almost forgot I have a grimy ass Nas story too. Everybody knows Rock the Bells, right? Every year Nas would headline, and they would have a long list of artists that would slowly drop out as the tour went on due to not getting paid right. While Nas fronted like he was just an artist too, he really was a 50/50 partner with the promoter Chan. So Nas was secretly getting paid twice, as a performer and promoter...while others weren't even getting paid once.
