Depends on what you get, my tv in the pic was $2K at the time (Aug, 2016), the 4K projectors now start at around that price, you would need a mounting system if you hang it from the ceiling and obviously a screen . I thought about it at one point considering they can go up and beyond 100 inches. My last 3 tv's have been Samsungs, I stuck with them because of quality and never having any issues.

promise me the next tv you get will not be Samsung.

the only Samsung worth buying is the 82inch mu8000, it's only 3400 at bestbuy which is a great price for the size and can get pretty bright

if not that one come on over to LG or sony:myman:

Dolby vision..:banderas:

:deadrose: Something told me you were gonna mention the bolded.

I was a huge Sony XBR fan before I got into Samsung screens. I will definitely look at what Sony and LG has to offer and probably look at that MU8000 82".

the new stuff is right around the corner, top of the line lg's get full array local dimming with 1000 nits peak brightness and can stream atmos and Dolby vision from the tv...:banderas:

75inch with be around 2600..which is crumbs for that size and best bang for buck.

that new Sony 900f:banderas: at 85inch if the prices is 5k:myman: I'm buying.

but if I catch a zd9 open box:manny:
