I gotta cosign this. Only thing I can see how Jimmy fukked up is that the new found "success" and "fame" he begin to experience after Ballin popped came at him FAST and I think he just ended up over his head. Like you said, Cam was the glue. When he was motivated and occupied, you saw the output and hunger from EVERYBODY under the Diplomats umbrella and they also stayed outta trouble and controversy.

Personally, I think Dame poisoned Jimmy too weaseling his way (back) into the fold when Jimmy dropped the Harlem American Gangster tape (that was heat too) and it seemingly had Jimmy going at Jay almost every song. P.O.M.E. was straight music, no subliminals

It ain't just Max. Jimmy screwed over alot guys. Even JR Writer ended up hating him. As did Hell Rell for a short while, before realizing he can't even get work without the Dipset moniker so he went back right into his arms.

His collaboration wit Max really helped French on his resume, but how is he the only reason French blew up? I'd put that on Debra Antney and Harry Fraud if anyone. French was already signed before Max, so Max can't be the "only reason" he blew up

He wasn't cut to lead. Ego killed Jim and his Byrd Gang. He should've got out of his own way and let Cam run the whole situation. They would've had an empire that lasted maybe into the early 2010s.

Cam really had them boys working. Duke had them boys working.

Jim ended up looking like he was all about Jim in the end. I'm not knocking him either because like I said 4 posts earlier Jim didn't get leadership training from anyone. Jim is straight from the streets so in the end that boy did good for himself.

There's all types of people from the street. Jim like Fifty are "goons", they care bout themselves and gettin the job done. I wouldn't call them "bosses" by any means. They can't build a company and lead people, and even when its handed down to them they'll end up breaking up or bankrupt.

Y'all act like some of these dudes go to leadership/management trainings. They really don't get any tips on how to deal with their homies turned employees. Jim is straight from the school of Dame and Cam.

Cam & Duke Da God were the men in control. Jim was what he says he is (Capo).. Capo started feeling himself too much after he's ghostwriters and producers started helping him put together banging albums. By the time We Fly High dropped the ego took over.

Max B was hard to manage. Some of the downfall is Max B's to own as well. He kept getting in trouble than ended up signing a slave deal with Jim just to get out of jail. If anything he should be in debt to Jim

Then he flipped when he realized the deal only benefited Jim.

If Max was dealing with Cam I'm willing to bet he would've at lest been dipset all the way through. You see he still ended up getting in trouble!!!!

Nahhh. Jim was a grimey nikka. Kept getting Cam into some shyt by running his mouth. Alot of Cam's street issues started from Jim. He fukked up the Dipset movement by his ego being so big and him thinking he was on the same level as Cam. 50 peeped that out and exploited it and Jim fell right into the shyt. Him and Juelz sabotaged and broke the group up. This is something everyone close to them knows.
