I always get this weird feeling that people will literally say anything to downplay French. They will put the credit on anyone besides him. Diddy, Ross, Max, not French tho. You're right. Thing is, im actually from up here. Unlike most these nikkas who hated on French after Max got locked up and never paid attention, I actually did. I followed his interviews, his mixtapes, i got em all.

So when the South blew him, and he got brought out by Ross and Diddy and all them later on. These guys tryna use any excuse to put French down, or say Max the reason he got signed. Even tho he got signed before Max and during his time with Max. The Tri-State underground fanbase (he shared with Max) ain't why he got signed or blew up.

If French was fukking with NY underground fanbase, he'd be sharing an apartment with Uncle Murda and Troy Ave right now. Thank the Gs, he never paid attention to that bullshyt here and went down South, actually making a name for himself.

He literally saw the future before it was here, literally started making Trap before it became mainstream. Now he's friends with Weezy, Khaled, Ross, Birdman, people actually running shyt rn. French and Future even recorded a tape back in 2013, too bad it never came out.
